House Call Visist, Transitional Care, Coordination of Care, Home Medical Equipment, Prescription drug, Medication management and medication refills. We accept Medicare and supplements, private pay, and most commercial insurance – depending on your policy. We will establish a full care plan to help you manage your health.
Diagnostic Services
Doctors House Calls arranges for full-service diagnostic testing in your home. Diagnostic services are any service that allows a doctor to learn more about your condition. Doctors may use an array of mobile diagnostic services: X-rays, Ultrasounds, EKGs, Lab work.
Chronic Care Management
A variety of chronic conditions exist, making it necessary for you to get medical care on a regular basis. At Doctors House Calls, we’re able to bring the doctor’s office directly to you. Diabetes Mellitus, HTN, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, COPD, Cardiopathies and others.
Not sure if you need these services?
If you are homebound due to illness or recent surgery and need care until you can make it back to see your primary care physician.
If you don’t have a primary care physician and are temporarily or permanently unable to leave your home due to recent surgery, a chronic illness, or other physical or mental limitation.
If you are visiting from out-of-town and don’t have access to your primary care physician.
